Would you watch a chess match?

I have to confess I don't understand chess. I've tried. My son has tried to teach me but it just doesn't make sense to me. So no, I wouldn't watch it.

I wouldn't watch a game no, I don't really watch games of any sort. I would play a game of chess though.

I have always been puzzled by chess. Both by why anyone would want to play it and why anyone would want to spend hours watching other people play it..... there are so many other fun ways to pass the time, in my opinion! So I'm not surprised that the World Chess Championship has happened recently without anyone really noticing.

No I would not watch a chess game as I do not know how to play chess, so would not understand what was going on.

I actually would find it very boring to watch a chess game.

Enjoyed watching my son play. He was 3rd in the State.
I don't play, nor understand the moves that much!
It's a great mind exerciser though, & teaches organisation.

No more than I would watch someone doing a crossword puzzle. You sort of need to be "in" the game personally don't you.
