If the cost of space travel was not a problem, would you be brave enough to venture into space?

Would you want to go anywhere in particular?

I think 'why not'.

It's the final frontier.....................I would just go up, look at planet Earth, and blow-my-mind.

Plus I think it would be great in a space suit...looking all cool and stuff.
Oh Yeah!
LOL Jonahj -I personally cannot see the point but perhaps I am no longer adventurous -I think I would be scared.

Awww what about the cool space suit! LOL

Yes, with bells on!
I wouldn't want to go too far - but out of the atmosphere would be pretty awesome. I'd rather wait until a few more people go farther afield and come back before I venture too far.
No, scares the livin' daylights outta me!
Bad enough on earth, not knowing if your flight will get you to your destination, without some major problem.
Nope - don't like confined spaces
Absolutely. I love experiencing new things.
Why not?

Most often when I'm faced with enormous problems I tend to imagine myself floating away, away from home, my street, city and far in to the sky until I view the earth from at least a few kilometres away and try to locate myself and my problems. Generally that lands me to a slumber-like feeling where most often I find a simple solution or a string of actions to resolve my problems. However the trouble is when I'm back to reality I'm faced with practical struggles which I overcome in a step-by-step fashion.
Coming back down to land might be a bit too scary for me, but being up there looking back on the earth (our dear home) would be a very moving experience, I reckon.

Never thought of the "coming back" aspect of this! Yes, It would be horribly scary.

So, Rice, the 'firmer the terror', the better? Lol!

Definitely. More firmer less terror, indeed. Although . . . . I could be mellowing. LOL!

No. Next question.....

Guess I am not adventurous. I am really happy doing day trips. But, I have two close friends who would sign up without a second thought!
Oh! Marie, if u like 'day trips', have u had an opportunity to fly to Antarctica?
IMHO, it IS the ultimate day trip, so beautiful, & pristine. Can see much when get down to 10,000'!
