Would you live in a renovated church?

I spend a fair amount of time in church, might as well live in one :)
Some have been done to perfection.

Yes. Actually, I looked at buying one before I moved into my current home but decided not to because it needed to much done to it and we wanted somewhere we could move into right away. I love buildings with high ceilings, and I have seen some renovated churches that made beautiful homes.

Absolutely. They can make lovely dwellings and they are only repurposed once they have stopped being a place of worship, so I can see no reason to object.
The only thing that might make me pause would be if there was still a consecrated graveyard next to the property. Or a burial vault in the basement!

I think that they'd make a lovely home, and I've seen several out in the country that would be especially nice. However, like Verity, I'd have some reservations with one that had graveyard right next door!
