Who washes/cleans your car?

Fun at the local car wash

Do you hand wash/vacuum your car, or do you take it to a drive through?

Maybe the kids or grandkids wash it for pocketmoney? (If so, how much do you pay them?)

How often does your car get washed? Do you just wait for it to rain?

I prefer to clean my car at home, as car washes are overpriced and don't do a great job. Sometimes one of my teens will ask to wash the car for $5. It only gets washed around every 3 months, it is badly in need of a wash and interior clean right now!
I get my maintenance done by the same dealership where I purchased my car, and they clean my car as a courtesy each time I'm in. It's a nice bonus and part of the reason I always go back to them.
I don't own a car, but I often like to help my friends in washing their cars. It's strangely therapeutic.
It depends on how much time I have - sometimes we wash the car together as a family, sometimes we go to an over priced car wash and sometimes we go to a Girl Guide fundraiser car wash ($10 for a worthy cause) up the road.

My husband is the cleaner, whether it is the car, the bathroom or the house in general. he is addicted to cleaning.
Mostly no one... but on the odd occasion my husband might do it. I don't wash cars. I haven't washed in a car in YEARS.
The car wash who do inside, out, and the car looks like new.
I no longer clean it in between and it costs about $120 for the top job which I am happy to pay and it lasts till the following week when I take my dogs to the river for a run.....but in that week, it is beautiful and I think I have a new car.

Me occasionally. The rain at the moment!!!
I wash my car myself except if it has deep set dirt. Besides that, cleaning it myself saves me money.
Husband. I dont ever think about doing it.

'Mother Nature', via the rain! Usually does a 'good job'!
And it's free!
I wash my car, and I clean it from the inside as well, I don't mind it, I've never thought about taking it to a car wash.
