If I make it myself I think I like thighs best, unless it is breast cooked for a short time - I find that free range from a WA leading chicken place taste better and juicier than the ordinary cheap supermarket chicken pieces.
I just LOVE the wing however if getting Red Rooster, which I probably have once every few months - it is crispy and yummy but I never buy wings at home for cooking.
So either the thigh or if cooking for a short time, breast.
Crispy Skin.. oh my is that delicious.
Followed by the thigh meat. Lots more flavour than the breast.
I prefer the leg. A cut called the Maryland is my favorite. I'm not too keen on breast meat as it can be a bit dry.
Breast and thigh are my preference. Actually, ill do all except wings. That's just skin and bones
Breast! Never legs but I can nibble a wing.
The top white meat always...the Breast :)
I prefer breast or thigh depending on what sort of meal I am cooking. Have never been a lives of
" drumsticks" though others in family love them.
White breast meat and wings.
My favourite part would be the breast, it's so meaty and succulent, and I like the tips of the wings I find it crunchy and tasty!
Leg/Maryland. Don't mind the breast, but it is often too dry for me. Dislike the wings - all bone, skin & gristle!
I like the thigh for cooking various different dishes such as Asian style, and casseroles, however when eating ROAST chicken, I like the Breast and the wings!
Well cooked skin which is supposed to be bad for us but well seasoned tastes so good, followed by wings. My youngest daughter and I love wings so to avoid either of us fighting over the wings, I always cook at least 5 each with the roast chicken.
Wings and thighs only.
And even with these pieces, they have very little flavour of chicken.
I love thighs. I would pick thighs over any other piece of chicken
I only ever buy thighs. I make a new recipe from them once a week, never repeating the same recipe for a least a year! We usually have the chicken recipe on Monday's dinner.
