I think perhaps my long term memory is better, which is not a good sign!

I keep thinking perhaps I have dementia, however if I think it, then I possibly don't have it?

Though I often think of the answer in a few minutes and am on the 5/2 diet for dementia!

So long term is sometimes better for me!

Finy:
You need to grow some fresh ''Rosemary'', and keep a little in a mesh bag
(pin it to maybe the side of the pillow).
It is very good for the memory :) really.

i already grow rosemary and have not heard this before!
it is an age thing -of course memory cant be as good, and also I now do the voluntary work and it is quite stressful which makes my memory worse!

My short term memory used to be superb, really good. I'm not sure if it's the effects of having a baby or just encroaching old age but it's not as good now as it used to be but it's still a lot better than many other people's. My longterm memory is pretty sharp too, if I get the right trigger! A lot of my childhood memories seem to be connected to food, so tell me what or where I ate on a particular day and I can then tell you everything else about that day...
Now what was the question again!
Definitely my short term memory is not good...
My long term memory is pretty spot on....unfortunate for some things~!

Short term definitely. My long term memory isn't good at all!
Both are pretty good

My short term would I feel be working better, than my trying to remember what happened way back in 1987?
I can't remember a lot of long term, but hey! who wants too anyhow? lol
I'm happy with my short term, for now.
Like your photo, I am off to sniff the Rosemary. :-)

Neither, both my short and long term suck. :S
That makes two of us!
Both of mine are in trouble! Having worked with people with dementia I do worry about it but common sense tells me it's just getting older that's the cause - I hope!
Neither...

Although sometimes have a 'senior's moment', overall it is 50/50
A bit of both, well may be 40/60 (short/long) !!!
