For some of us, there is nothing more enjoyable than relaxing in a hot bath with a wine glass on a Saturday evening. However, others argue that a shower might be a better choice in terms of cleanliness and water-saving.

What about you? Do you prefer a bath or a shower? Which do you think is better?

Definitely a bath .... preferably a spa bath with lots of bubbles - the ultimate in luxury.
Depends on how much time I have. I would enjoy a bath, but only if I don't have anything to do. A shower is quicker and more convenient.
They're both great. A shower is a great pick me up in the mornings, and easier to wash your hair. Also great when in a hurry to freshen up before going out again. The bath is great. Relaxing, and you can soak and burn some candles and listen to chill out music. Essential cleansing after any client facing days in my business.
Depends on a number of things. However I have a shower because I think it is quicker and it is easier to wash my hair.
For me, and most people my age (late 50's early 60's) we like a shower.
Getting in and out of the bath, is a real pain.
Plus...we don't want to risk slipping, as we get in our out.....that can cause some serious injury's.
Showers for me every time as they are quickly over and done with. I had a spa bath installed in a bathroom reno over 10 years ago, and I never seem to have time to use it.
Baths are definitely a much better option - they are a great way to destress, relax and enjoy a book whilst cleansing your body!
Bath to relax, shower is just quicker for day to day cleanliness.
Shower, always. Because it is much more convenient but mainly because filling the bath uses a lot more water than a shower. We're doing everything we can to conserver water here in South Australia and baths are a huge waste.
Shower definitely! I don't find baths relaxing at all! For one, you can never find a bathtub big enough to lie down in completely. Something is always sticking out and you;re all crunched up if you want to get completely immersed! I also believe I'm soaking in my own muck of the day and I don't feel refreshed like I do in a shower.
Shower to conserve water.
I would prefer a bath
I prefer a shower. It's quicker and arguably cleaner because you don't have to sit in your own gunk. If your water pressure is high, it can be quite relaxing - which is definitely a bonus.

Depends on the occasion. If I am just needining to get clean then a shower but if I want to relax a bath will do.

Definitely shower now I'm older but always a spa bath after a camping trip. I've a large spa so can quite comfortably lay in it angling the jets wherever needed but it just collects fluff now as it's not been used for years.
I prefer the bath but I take mostly showers.
