When your children are sick, do you check their temperature with a thermometer?

I don't have kids, but if I did, I'd only check their temperature if their forehead was hot.

Yeah, that's what my mother would do.

They have to be pretty hot before I break it out. Normally when that happens they've over 39.

I cannot remember but do not think they often had temperatures.

My children did not even get common things when they were young even though I put them with someone who had one of the diseases so they would get it while young.

Nowadays they seem to have a vaccination for everything, but currently, although I no longer have children at home, I do not even possess a thermometer and havent for very many years.

Yes. And along with other symptoms, then made decision to go to dr or not.
