Chocolate

If you open a new packet, can you stop at just one portion and save the rest for later, or does it disappear before your eyes?

I save.
Only because my conscience makes me unhappy!
So eating all in one sitting....is never enjoyed.
I eat maybe a third.Plus something to look forward to later :)
The last time I saved a block of chocolate it was attacked by ants. I took it as a sign.

Oh! Vee, don't you store your chocolate in the 'fridge? The 'mental picture' I had of the ants', 'on safari', eating the block, had me laughing! Lol!

LOL! I usually do, but forgot it on the table one night. Never again!

When I'm not sharing I can. If the kids are around, sometimes things like chocolate disappear before I even get a piece.
Yes - most definitely. Like saving the best for last! ;)
Yes, I could quite easily keep the rest for later. Though if I feel like some sugar, it may just disappear in seconds.
It depends what it's a packet of and how big it is. I don't finish a packet of chips or biscuits in one sitting, unless it's one of those little snack size ones. Not by myself anyway. It's different if I'm sharing it.
Sometimes, yet it is nice to share. There are times the packet is consumed in one fell swoop...
When it comes to chocolate, generally I can only keep a bit for the next day.
I sure can as am rather neurotic about my weight, and having high cholesterol, don't want it to get higher.

Yes, I definitely can as am quite obsessed about not putting on a lot of weight, and would prefer to eat a little chocolate every day rather than a lot all at once.

I save. One 'Cadburys' Dark Rum & Raisin' usually lasts meTWO weeks!
