I had a steak that was given to me as part of a birthday present at the end of June this year, and I ate it at the beginning of July (it was in croyovac) -sorry spelling - so that was about 5 weeks ago -though can't rememb er but seem to think I had meat when I went out one night many weeks ago.

I usually have red meat about once every 6 weeks or so.

I had a small piece of rump steak last week and before that I can't remember. I have seriously gone off the smell of meat cooking.

I made a lamb casserole about a week ago. We have red meat once a week, usually on a Sunday for dinner. My daughter comes home early ona Sunday just for the yummy meat !!!. It's not always a casserole can be anything
My family are white meat eaters so red meat is like every three months. We had corned beef recently and that was because someone gave it to us.
A while ago...very nice small pce of steak, and cooked to perfection.....Melted in my mouth.

about 25 years ago, and i have no idea what it was
Last week I cooked a beef roast for supper.
Tender and tasty!
Last week had a need stew as felt a bit under the weather but of a chill and wanted some comfort food.
nowadays not much as far too expensive used to eat meat every day, now eat more chicken .

I had the most scrumptious Rare Roast Beef roll the day before yesterday.Fresh bread rolls always are a treat and they make any filling taste even yummier than it usually would! Added to the beef was home made Mango Chutney, so I felt extremely spoilt! I don't eat red meat very often, so when I do, it must be very good quality and quite lean.
The last I ate red meat was for my birthday, we had some beautiful indian take away, and I did enjoy it.
Its been 19 years since I ate red meat

It was a hamburger, home cooked and tasty. I usually cook some type of casserole in the slow cooker at least once a week and am starting to cook more to freeze for one of my daughters and grandchildren as they are time poor. We do have roasts on the weekends but they prefer the full chicken roasts with plenty of veggies.
Possibly a fortnight ago. We had a family BBQ.

I go through stages with red meat and at the moment I am not really enjoying it.
on Monday last week a thick piece of scotch fillet and it was just beautiful. With vegetables on the side and hot English mustard. Just beautiful.
How often red meat - at least twice each week. Very fond of a roast (bolar blade) but would love to roast large piece of scotch. You cannot beat the flavour.
