I love home made pizzas though I do not make the base myself -I buy Lebanese bread, or other thin crust.
I have many filling that I really like, the majority using Pizza sauce in the sachets on the base.
I have used pumpkin, prawns, chicken, sundried tomatoes, onions, chorizo, lots of cheese, tuna, red peppers, mushrooms, caramelized onions, olives, pineapple, bocconcinni etc etc.-not all together!
They are very yummy and you can put as much or as little as you like on top.
I no longer buy the bought ones as they are too fatty.
