What's your favourite way to spend Sundays?

My ideal way to spend a Sunday was to luxuriate in a bubble bath listening to The Archers Omnibus and Desert Island Discs on BBC Radio 4, then a traditional roast followed by an afternoon of not very much - reading or watching a film or maybe even a cheeky snooze......
That was pre-motherhood!
Now we are up at the usual 6am, playing, then we go to church, have lunch then more frantic antics in the afternoon. Sometimes we all go out for a walk in the afternoon or my husband takes our son out for a "boys' adventure" so I might get a chance to soak in the bath after all :)

I usually do the grocery shopping on a Sunday, but it is not how I would prefer to spend the day. I don't have something in particular that I like to do on Sundays; I don't treat it much different from any other day of the week at the moment.

Well Sunday is my most busy day.

I get up early, have a shower get to Church.
Go back home pick up my son, then we go see the family.
Then about 4pm we leave the family, get in the car and once again off to Church, with my son.
I'm lucky, the rest of the week I can have a day off.
I like to just do nothing.(well maybe go on the computer) that's fun! :)

Although I am retired and only work voluntary, Sundays is a day I love to stay home all day and just veg out.

I watch a few movies that I have recorded during the week, play games on my i-pad, might do some Hub Garden articles, and generally nothing specific.

I love my Sundays of doing nothing and I rarely do any cleaning or anything like that -I have found that since I am single, the weekend is my quietest time as most of my friends are in couples and are busy all weekend.
