Currently I take Musseltone, every few days vitamin b complex, and I have just started taking magnesium for cramps...
Have taken this every day for a week and havent had cramps and will now tone it down to every second day.

I was once married to a chemist who said all these vitamins etc we "rubbish"! Think I have mentioned this before.

I'm sure he had no objection to selling them. Pharmacists make most of their money from selling vitamins and supplements

None. I try to eat my way to health. I may have to in the future and am not opposed to it.

On doctor's advice . . . Vitamin D3 and also soluble magnesium. I have been taking the tablets for years to no avail and the soluble took effect after two days. Tastes nice too.

I take Fish oil, Calcium + Vit D, Multivitamin, and a sachet of magnesium. Works a treat. I wouldn't be without it !!! My husband gets terrible cramps in bed at night. If for some reason he doesn't take his sachet, you will hear him howling with a cramp that night. Ideally, we should get all of our vitamins through diet alone, but I know my diet is not perfect. Some people need extra help, and many medicines CAN leach vitamins from your system, which need replacing. Anyone who is on diuretics in particular, but other medicines as well, should be supplementing their vitamins.
I take a blackmores womens health one

do not take any, really do not believe in them A friend took Vitamin c and it did more harm than good
Yes, money down the drain . . .literally. We should listen to our bodies more. Why on earth have we become so susceptible to marketing? Sad.

No, I'm not taken any, & I've never taken any, but a sister/i/law has taken them for many years, & looks skinny & no, she's not anorexic but she looks more than 2 years older than me!

Now a MUCH later reply! I'm now taking 2 tablets twice a day from a naturopath, for my Asthma. I'm now coughing a little less than I used too.

I use soluble magnesium every few days (which I will probably stop using one this tub is empty). Vitamin C every day. Iron when I think of it. and I take probiotics when I feel like I need a bit of extra immune support.
