Many women (and men) complain of shortage of time. Stress, depression, anxiety, insomnia, breakdowns are all on the rise, probably one of the reasons being that we forget to slow down and appreciate the beauties of life.
What is your favourite way to relax? How do you make/find time for it?

#Fun I like to read a good book (if I'm in bed, it's even better). I also like to go for walks, and the more familiar the place the better, as I tread the route out of habit and can spend the time daydreaming.
