I like a mild chilli and rice best.
I love the home cooked Mexican meals with my family. Burritos indeed with sour cream, cheese and beans.
While in Hawaii recently we ventured to the well known Taco Bell and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of their food. My favourite was cheese smothered burrito.
I've come to realise that every mexican dish needs guacamole and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Soft Burritos...No beans....sour cream and cheese.

Burritos with pork, hot sauce, jalapenos, guacamole, sour cream, cheese, beans, rice and the standard salad (* drools *). Too bad Mad Mex isn't open until late. I could go for one now.

I'm not sure about other new recipes they have, but I love love love quesadillas and will always order them if I'm at a Mexican joint - from Mad Mex and Guzman to Mamasita and Touche Hombre to the higher-end restaurants.
Had REAL Mexican food whilst staying with a friend in Mexico City.

I'll pass on 'australianized' so-called mex food, thanks!
