Herbal tea
Two herbal teas I currently have in my kitchen.

There is a HUGE variety of herbal teas out there. Do you drink them and do you have a favourite?

I love them, I like mainly fruit ones.
They just seem nicer to me. ;) and they are so pretty, esp Rose Tea

I drink a lot of different herbal infusions, I currently have nettle, dandelion, fennel, peppermint, camomile, liquorice and a blend called "Sweet Chilli" in my tea cupboard. I used to have a lot more but haven't restocked yet after our recent move. I guess rooibos (redbush) also counts as a herbal infusion as it's not actually tea, unlike green and white tea (also found in various formats in my cupboard!) which ARE tea.
My favourite though? Hard to pick one, as I drink different infusions at different times of day or to treat different conditions..... but probably liquorice. Certainly at this time of year, it's warming and comforting and I just love the taste :)
I recently tried a rose and French vanilla one which is just beautiful. It reminds me of Turkish delight. I also enjoy jasmine green tea too.
I'm normally a coffee drinker but I'm trying to switch a couple of my coffees to herbal tea - especially in the afternoon and evening. Red raspberry leaf tea is supposed to be good for breastmilk supply so I've been having that of an evening to help make night time feeds easier. So far so good!
Fennel tea would be even better for your milk supply - just buy some fennel seeds, pop a teaspoonful into a mug, pour on hot water and hey presto, you have wonderful fennel tea - much cheaper than buying it in teabags and soooo good for you too :)
I love fruit tissanes. I'm unnaturally excited about going to buy some more of them this week!
I don't know what it's called, but I know it's Chinese.

I prefer ordinary tea and do not really like herbal, but if I had to choose I would say peppermint tea.

I really dislike the fruit ones -I find they are sickly.
I love the tea you get at Chinese restaurants but do not know if this is herbal.

I'm generally not a tea person. Whenever I have tea however, it's usually peppermint.
I do enjoy a good cup of tea, especially on a hot day, I do not drink herbal tea of any kind have tried and do not like them.
Tried one once. Headache ensued!. Never again.
Just stick to faves.

Twinings', EB both 'normal' & 'extra strong', IB & EG for Tea bags. Nerada, too!

Loose Leaf, Nerada, Tetley or Dilmah. Enjoy Mandurah, as well,
I enjoy mixed fruit tea and cammomile tea.
