My favourite form of exercise is dance classes. You can pick from lots of different styles: jazz, tap, modern, flamenco, burlesque, ballet, and many more. Some are great for posture and grace (ballet), some will help with your cardiovascular fitness and give you a great workout (jazz and tap), or you could pick one so that you can learn more about the culture of another country (flamenco, Egyptian belly dancing).
I get easily bored running or working out in the gym, so I've found dance to be a really good way to get fit, and have fun at the same time.
I do yoga once a week which I quite enjoy, but my favourite form of exercise is step aerobics which I do everyday. It started when I bough the Nintendo Wii Fit, then I went on to buy a aerobic step. I find it calms me down, and I like to keep moving.
I like walking. I especially like walking in the park near the river which isn't far from my house. The beach is also a great place to walk. I like exploring different suburbs on foot. When I was younger I enjoyed playing basketball (social) because I found I had to concentrate on the game so it got my mind totally off any worries.
