What is your favourite colour for roses?

I LOVE roses, and more so, love their fragrance. Red roses are my favourite. Having said that, I would never say no to roses in any colour.

There is no way on earth I could choose a favourite colour! I just love roses, ALL roses. Whichever rose I'm looking at is instantly my favourite lol. I've got heaps of colours in the yard too. Pink, red, orange and pink, pink and white, white, yellow, and bright orange and red.

All roses but my favourite is the Lavendar color....because they are soooooo fragrant!

Oh! Hayley, you're so lucky!
I had a husband who refused to buy me flowers of ANY sort, as he believed they were a waste of money!

So now I buy myself, fortnightly, a 'spray of Carnations' choosing from the array of colours outside Woolies'. I just love them! Have them in the Kitchen, to look at every time I go in there.

At the moment, they're this most beautiful medium-coloured Pink......& their perfume is just de-light full!

Like them all, except for red. Love one that is almost a taupe colour don't know is it's called brown or green rose.

I have an assortment of different colours growing in my front garden. Some were chosen for colour; some for fragrance. I love the deep reds the best but if I had more room I would plant some of the more modern colours as there is so much more variety than when I first planted them over 40 years ago. I have replaced a few of them but won't part with my "Old Gold" as it looks like a small cabbage.
