Going for a vacation is always exciting, fun and rejuvenating. It could be simply a relaxing time on the beach, food adventure, shopping spree, sight-seeing, theme parks, luxury pampering and more. What is your favorite vacation activity?

My favourite vacation activity would definitely be travelling overseas. But that requires a lot of saving up to do, so in the meantime I like to pay a visit to the Dandenong Ranges. There's many beautiful national parks such as the William Ricketts Sanctuary, Alfred Nicholas Gardens, the National Rhododendron Gardens and many more. There's also many activities and places for food too -Miss Marple's Tea Room, SkyHigh, feeding Cockatoos, taking a walk, reading your favourite books in the gardens and taking snapshots of the beautiful scenery. If anyone is thinking of where to go in Melbourne, I would totally recommend the Dandenong Ranges -family friendly too!
Relaxing on a sun lounger under a palm tree, beside a beach reading a book! Heaven.
Exploring. I personally find lying on a beach for too long quite boring, instead prefer to go on walking adventures, or organised trips to discover new places.
Relaxing on the backyard with a nice drink reflecting on life followed by some gardening activities in my small veggie patch.
African Safari. That would definitely be one of my favorite activies!
I'd have to go with relaxing, going for breakfasts with my husband, remembering I'm not at work and how nice that is!
I love sight-seeing especially beautiful architectural buildings, heritage sites, and historical houses
Going on a cruise where everything is done for me and organised for me so I can relax totally :)

Reading. Bush walking, visiting museums, swimming and outdoor stuff are fun but it's nice to just have some time to curl up with a good book.

If I am overseas or in a different city on a vacation, I love visiting museums, art galleries and trying local foods.
A few things: travelling, chilling out at top hotels, swimming, baths, surfing. The top ideas that come to mind for now :)
Eating! Being on holiday makes me feel I can eat whatever I want and indulge myself totally! It is especially thrilling in a foreign country, exploring new cuisines.
Travelling to find out more about the places I travel to is what I aim for. Seeing and doing things that I can't do at home. I love enjoying the history and the culture of the places I visit.
I love to try different activities...all of the above sound great! Although relaxing is always wonderful, but active holidays full of discovery are also very enjoyable. Bushwalking in the great outdoors is always a favourite. Another kind of holiday I'm hoping to do next year is a yoga retreat in Bali...relaxing, rejuvenating and energising in paradise.
Sightseeing and exploring: I holiday in a different place each time, and I want to see as much of it as I can before I leave.
Beachcombing and sitting by the pool with a drink in one hand and a book in the other while someone else watches the kids.
Travelling, sight seeing, eating....
I would love to go to a beach resort with my friends and family.

I would love to go to a beach resort with my friends and family.
sitting on or close to a beach, relaxing, reading, swimming each day and foot massage each day, not being cold and generally getting a lot of open space, fresh air and thinking time
Practically anything, as my interests range greatly!
From camping in NP's, to travelling overseas', just love it!

Currently, would love to do Geological tour of either Iceland, or Ethiopia.
Cruise the Alaska Passage.
Travel to Torres del Paine, Patagonia.
Cruise the Rhine .
Go to South America, to see Machu Picchu, & Iguazzu Falls, & return to Mexico City, where I've been twice. Fabulously overwhelming Ancient MESO-American Ancient History!
Tour East Coast USA in their Fall.

Oh well, that's the bucket list, at the mo!
Hiking, although I also enjoy just relaxing on a nice sandy beach.
Although cruises are meant to be relaxing they can end up being quite exhausting. My preference is laying somewhere near water, reading and sipping my wine, trying to make sure the wine glass is put down before the book falls out of my hands on a number of occasions as I doze off.
My favourite vacation activity would be to read and go to markets.
