I would like to go to a theme park, and take a romantic ride on a ferris wheel.

Dinner at a wonderful seafood restaurant, followed by a walk on the beach. Jonahs restaurant and boutique hotel at Whale Beach comes to mind. I was lucky enough to have that dream date!
