What is the worst time for you to be stuck in traffic? Have you ever had an emergency and had been caught up in traffic?

When some one is seriously ill or giving birth, and needs to get to a hospital pronto.
I remember the pain my wife was in when she was going to give birth to our second child. I was so thankful it was early in the morning in the summer when schools were on holiday. Otherwise we would have been in real trouble.
Any time...although if I have good company or a good CD in the car it doesn't bother me too much.
This has never happened to me, but I cried just watching Debra go through it.

In the mornings traffic so bad, had to change my working hours to avoid traffic.
Always seems to happen to me when I'm going to a Concert etc., or meeting-up for coffee, etc.

I allow extra time, but even that's sometimes not enough!

I absolutely HATE being late, as it stresses me, & I think it's very bad manners'.
