Many people love to travel, others have to travel for work.

What is the longest flight you have been on? How long was it and how did you cope? Were you traveling for personal or work purposes?

The longest flight I have been on yet is the flight from Melbourne to LA and back (several times). I couldn't cope very well. Just wanted to jump out of the plane. It's always been for personal visits to my family, never for work. I wish Australia wasn't this far away from everywhere.
I'm hearing ya..lol

Were you born here, or chose to live here? If the latter, you knew how far Oz from USA! No need to whinge about our geographical position!

London to Sydney and back again. Worth it for an amazing holiday.
Sydney to Los Angeles....nice little 14 hours in Economy!
Yuck.
3 trips.....just awful.....I was on holidays and seeing family.
Ive never been on a plane.
Hong Kong to London...at 17 hours it was much too long! I tried to sleep as much as I could to make the time pass quickly.
I've flown to Singapore from Melbourne. I've then flown from Singapore to Milan. Can't remember how far they were though...
India to Australia was my longest flight.
Mumbai to Melbourne. It was okay. I slept mostly. Food was awful so kept feeling hungry
Sydney to LA. Really long flight. Worse on the way home because I knew how long it would take.
Melbourne to Ireland to many times.. Longest would be Melbourne Abu Dhabi if I remember it was 14 hours the another 11 to Dublin with 1 hour changeover
Many long flights, but love flying! Time passes quickly for me, as I sleep naturally, very well on a plane.

Don't know if question means non-stop or with transits.

For me longest non-stop was Seoul-London, 15half hours, over North Pole. Holiday.
Then London-Los Angeles, 15 hours. Holiday.
Los Angeles-London, 14half hours. Work for hubby, holiday for me.

With transits, longest, Cairo-Oz, 28hours. Holiday. Madrid-Oz. 26 hours. Holiday. Oz-London, 25 hours. Holiday. Oz-Mexico City. 20 hours. Work, then again, on Holiday.

Latest non-stop, Oz-Antartica. 11hours. Day trip!

Have done many other flights of between 3-10 hours. Mere 'pups' by comparison, to the 'biggies'!
Just adore being Up! Up! & Away!
