I have used 'Seek'...I know there are others.
It depends on the person really and which they feel best
suits their needs, and which you feel comfortable with.
It's all about 'connection',to me.

Seek is popular, but I think the specialist sites (eg for government workers) are best. If you work in a specific area, there's no need to get other jobs that aren't relevant.
You'd have to be a part of several (as I've learnt)
I often use LinkedIn, Careerone, the career services at university, and Indeed
I like the format of My Career.
careerone is good.
