EATING TOO MUCH...this includes many things such as chocolate, cakes (bought two small ones today on the excuse that I was working and needed sugar!).
but I justify all this by going on the 5/2 diet once a week (instead of the normal twice a week).
So, I enjoy wrong foods in general to give them up and am now off to buy take away meal which I do not do often!
I wouldn't say I'm guilty about it, but I know that sugar isn't good for me, and still I persist in eating chocolate! I try buying the lower sugar varieties, ones that are high in cocoa and organic, but sometimes I can't get that and have any old chocolate bar.
