"Who can keep quiet the longest" is my favourite game in the car! ;)
We also like "I spy" and "Guess what I am thinking" where they ask questions about what I am thinking.

My husband and I once played 'Who can keep quiet the longest' with his then two year old cousin and his chatterbox older brother. Mr Two was the first to disqualify himself, followed closely by my husband. The, after a solid three minutes, Mr Chatterbox declared that he and I were tied winners!
