What extreme sports have you tried?

I've been paragliding, which was amazing. I plan to go again since my first flight was very short (only a few minutes) as we didn't have the right wind to stay in the air.

There isn't an inch of daredevil in me. I can't even stand the thought of going on a roller coaster, so you will never catch me doing any extreme sports. I'm pretty cowardly.

Bungee jumping, skydiving and paragliding. Have also been jet skiing.

I have done parasailing, diving with sharks and jet skiing. All of them have been very enjoyable and not scary at all.

Does one consider horse-riding's various 'sports' extreme, these days? And I don't mean 'horse racing', but proper Equestrian activities.
