They are my favourites!
Just love them and especially The Life Of Brian which I know off by heart -have seen it about 5 times and still laugh even though I know exactly what is coming next.

I think they are/were very clever and a great team.

I grew up with a father who adored this wonderful type of humour and I follow proudly in his footsteps!! When I was 17,a group of us went to a Monty Python Movie Festival which started at 9 a.m. and ended at midnight!!! I laughed so very much that I ached for days!!! I still watch Fawlty Towers, and any Monty Python or John Cleese re-runs I can find!!! To wonderful for words, and a sure way to smile!!!

I love the scene in Lif Of Brian where
Croud chants" WE ARE ALL INDIVIDUALS" and a tiny lone voice- " I'm not"

Cracks me up!

Life of Brian
No not for me at all... I found it just dreadful.
I don't like Monty Python at all. I have never seen Life of Brian

I haven't actually watched Monty Python.

Not much at all, really. Not my type of humour!
I loved the Monty Python tv series. Their sense of humour was so clever, but then you would expect that from such an intellectual bunch of guys!
I miss Graham Chapman. Loved them all but especially Graham. Imagine going into his surgery and him saying, "What do you want you festering pile of parrot droppings!? Your kind make me sick!" . . "I just came in for an argument" . . . "Oh, sorry, sorry, this is abuse." LOL

oh Rice, hahahaha -love it -I think my favourite is the parrot skit and have watched it over and over and also Life of Brian -i know or knew it word for word -though perhaps already explained this!!

LOVE the parrot sketch and also the church police sketch . . . "Is it fresh?" . . ."Well, it was coughing up blood last night!"

"He's NOT the Messiah! He's just a naughty little BOY!!"

I enjoyed them...at the time, all those many years ago, but I cringe now, when I see them on tv or see repeats or the repeats of their shows.
