What do you think really works in making women beautiful? Is it makeup, self-confidence or pretty clothes? Is beauty only skin deep? Or is beauty in the eyes of the beholder? What are your feelings in this matter?

A dashing smile, their inner confidence, and a caring attitude.
Pearly whites. Wearing dresses. Make up. Well looked after and styled hair. Charm. Smiles. Enthusiasm. Generosity.
Self acceptance, not comparing themselves to others, and a good sense of humour.
There is nothing more attractive male or female then a person who is comfortable in their own skin.
A agree with Happy Mom. A beautiful smile, a confident attitude, empathy for others, good posture and some nicely tailored, colourful clothes can make any woman glow with beauty.
I think self confidence is part of it, and I also think being nice is part of it - have you noticed that none of your friends are ugly? And the best looking person isn't attractive if you think they're a jerk?
