What can you do if your electrical safety switch keep tripping?

I'd try and work out which appliance is tripping it - it could be a faulty appliance so the handling would simply be to stop using that appliance. If it were anything more complicated, I would call an electrician.

I have never tried to fix the problem myself. Luckily, having the right electrician on your speed dial does wonders.

I will try to figure the problem out myself or getting my partner to see to it. Not using the appliance is not a very realistic option. If it turns out to be too complicated, or too dangerous without proper tools, I will get an electrician to fix it.

Call a qualified electrician. I remember writing in my copy book back in the 'fifties, "Electricity is a good servant but a bad master." What a pity cursive writing has gone the way of the Dodo.

Unplug every item in the house. One by one plug the item in and turn on. If this trips your switch then you know it's faulty. Unplug it and do not use again until fixed or replaced.

An Electricity problem is not something I would try & figure out. Too bee dangerous!
