Mine are probably potatoes.
I love them when they are crispy and brown on the outside, and mushy on the inside.
They are probably the only ones that I make each time I make roast vegetables as other times I vary them.
When we have a roast, I always do potatoes, onions, pumpkin, and then we have beans, peas, carrots or sometimes brocolli or cauliflower with cheese sauce. I like them all, but I can't go past roast spuds, peas and carrots.
Roast peas? I have never heard of this. Do they fall apart?
Potato, sweet potato, and chili. Yum.
My favorite one would be roasted potato ! But I also love pumpkin, broccoli and brussel sprouts.

Definitely Roast potatoes,and Pumpkin!! I could fill up on these and not bother with meat a lot of the time!!!! And now,though it is only a bit after breakfast time,I am very tempted to go and cook a batch....Hmmmmm! For lunch maybe?!!!!

My dad always did the roast potatoes in the good heavy stainless steel electric frypan( I have the same sort,NOT non-stick!!!),with schmaltz and salt and pepper!!! Oh!! To die for,and takes no more than an hour from woe to go!!! Only one turning at half time and no work at all!!!
Potato. Then pumpkin. Then carrot. Then sweet potato. I usually make enough for 100 people (or not) and use as many veges as I can and eat them over the next few meals. Yum.

I love them just about ANY way,whether hot or cold!!! And I love to sprinkle with my home made mint sauce!!!

Roast potato's and roasted sweet potato, they are delicious when roasted with a joint of beef, especially when they take on a beautiful colour.

My favourite is pumpkin. I also love roast potatoes and carrots. Roast onion is nice too. My mouth is watering!

I love all roast vegetables but the nicest would be pumpkin. The most beautiful pumpkin I had was when I went to Queensland. It was full of flavor. Food in adelaide can be tasteless sometimes unless you use a lot of spices.

I love root veggies roasted. They have a lovely earthy taste and a great accompaniment to meat.
Potatoes, pumpkin, potatoes & potatoes. Also like parsnip, sweet potato, beans, turnip and carrots. And did I mention potatoes...? :)
