They say that no one is perfect, so is there any product or service in which you would tolerate any inconsistencies/imperfection?

Lots.
I don't like it, but it is part of life.
I haven't got the time to get worked up about things.
If something is broken, that is different...I will try to get that perfect.

If I usually receive good customer service or good quality from a company or individual, then I will accept it as a one off mistake.

There are several times when I've been given the incorrect change. Especially from cashiers. People try their best, but they do get it wrong sometimes. People get tired and make mistakes. Most of these mistakes are forgivable, but we need to judge for ourselves if we should let it slide or not. We wouldn't take any risk t'with matters concerning fire, electricity, gas etc. These kind of error can cost life millions of dollars in damages to poverty.
