I used to work in downtown Edmonton, in Alberta, Canada. One of my daily stops was at the Sunterra Market bakery section to grab a muffin for breakfast. They made the best muffins! I loved their lemon poppy seed muffins and their raspberry white chocolate. If you are ever in Edmonton or Calgary, I highly recommend checking them out!

Absolutely HATE muffins! My face cheeks ache from trying to chew them; to me their consistency is just too 'thick'.

Prefer 'lightweights' like Lamingtons, Patty Cakes, Sponge Rolls & various flavoured 'bars' of Cakes.
