Can you resist chocolate? Or is it something that breaks your every resolve and you just have to eat it?

Absolutley yes, but I am learning to go for 70%or more cocoa and only in small amounts...
Yes; I am very weak willed when it comes to chocolate. Even when it is chocolate with a high cacao content I can eat a whole lot of it at once. That small doses theory doesn't really work with me.
I can resist.
In fact if I have had a tad too much one day, I don't touch it for days later.

I read that the Swiss people in 2012 (each person) ate 11 kilo's of the stuff, over one year!
WOW!! I'm not going there any time soon....Bless their hearts.
I adore chocolate. It's my friend when times are tough, in times of need, in times of reflection... oh let's face it, any old time.
Yes complete chocoholic. It's my 1st love. I don't feel it's an indulgence, it's a necessity!
Nutella is my ultimate weakness, so much so that I only allow myself to have nutella on my birthday.
I'll only eat good quality chocolate - love organic and dark chocolate with a low sugar content. I find Lindt chocolate balls irresistible - don't leave a box next to me and expect to find anything but red wrappers!
Cannot resist chocolate, but now that it's Lent, I'll have to control myself. Why is it that we cannot have something, we find we want it more than usual?

No. I love it, but I don't consider that a weakness.
It is a bit, but I try to control myself. If I have a bar of chocolate in the fridge at home I'm doomed! I'll probably eat it all, so I try to avoid that situation. I also try to avoid going out when I'm hungry as chocolate bars are for sale everywhere, and are such a quick yummy snack.

Surprisingly No!.. I don't like eating chocolate . The only chocolate I have is in the form of Hot chocolate during winter.
I'm with you Bryony!! Even dark chocolate (mainly Lindt!!!!). I can't stop at one piece because they so thin I can easily polish off a whole block in one sitting. My favourites are coconut and strawberry. Yum. Aldi also had a lovely milk chocolate block with pistachio pieces. Once again, Yum!, but I do prever dark over milk. My dad used to give me Old Gold chocolate and loved it. No-one else in my family (hubby and kids) like dark chocolate so I don't have to hide it from them. Yay! Mandy E.
I like chocolate but can resist it quite easily. When I do buy chocolate I go for a small bar of sugar free dark chocolate. My weakness is cheese. I can't live without cheese.
D A R K Chocolate!
At the moment, am eating much D/C Licorice Bullets & Darrell Lea's D/C Coated Soft Licorice, & their Dark Ginger!
Love it!
