Frequent Exercise is a healthy routine to have. However, sometimes it can have the adverse affect if you do too much! How much exercise do you do in a week?
I do heaps of walking. In terms of intense workouts for 90 minutes straight, I do about two of these a week such as a Body Attack class and/or swimming heaps of laps at once etc

No that's a lie...I mow sometimes, when it needs doing.
I do lots and lots of washing every week.
I do all the cleaning, cooking...shopping.
As for any other form of exercise, I guess that's another thing for my 2014 list.

I've been really good lately, and been heading to the gym minimum 4 times a week for the past three months. Even if I'm not at the gym, a long walk, or a decent run helps keep me sane. I've noticed I feel different, better if I keep moving. I've developed a love for exercise, and it's really made me feel good. So how often do I work out? Often.
