How many handbags do you have & do you use the same one often?

I am almost ashamed to admit I have about 30 handbags.

I have been using the same one for about a year now!
I am comfortable with this one, so dont change it though occasionally when I only need a small one I do change it.

The one I use doubles as a backpack and I bought it online, and it is beautiful!

I probably should "cull" them but like them all and think one day I may use them.

Thirty?! Wow Finy, I didn't pin you as an owner of so many bags, lol. I thought I had a lot - six. How do you keep track of them all?

I don't -every few years I get a lovely surprise as I looik through them -I am not much better with shoes wither. Now that I work at a second hand shop I seem to be gathering wardrobes of clothes also and dont go out much -LOL

I think we are all prob a bit similar, in that we have quite a few but tend to only use a couple...it annoys me having to change everything over!

I have one I love a 'messenger' across the body I use every day.

I also have about 6 nice ones, that I hardly use?
A creature of habit sadly....Unless I am going some where special, then! it is left behind, even though it looks really nice.

Currently I have two usable ones. I do use one or the other depending on where I am going. My main item in the bag is my wallet, so if I need to change the purse, I just have to pull the wallet out of one and put it in the other. I also sometimes use a backpack if we are going out for a day trip so that I can carry all my things and still have my hands free.

I don't know how many own - I recently got rid of a lot of them because I wasn't using them. I tend to use the same one a lot.

I have several lovely bags ,but hardly use any of them!!! Unless you count having them for Decor items,as USING them!!! I do use one in particular for when I go anywhere,lovely soft leather,and bought for a couple of dollars at an op shop!! It was basically new when I bought it,and obviously very high quality, as it is the sort of leather which softens with use;just gorgeous!! The ones I use as decorative items tend to be stunning beaded or hand-woven types; mainly small ones. I never really bought them for any other reason than that I loved the look and workmanship of them,so I have no guilt over having them!!
When I worked,I used a large bag which held all the necessities of life,and then some!!! I was the one who people would ask for the strangest items,as I usually had most things in my 'Mary Poppins' Bag which seemed bottomless!!!

I must admit handbags are my weakness! And watches! Even though I have a good selection of handbags I tend to use the same one for a while and hen change to another one. I can't stand the thought of changing my handbag everyday. I'd be losing things all over the place!

Can't answer that because I don't know! If you mean 'proper' handbags as opposed to just 'tote bags', or 'daggy' bags, I've got many! Love bags of all descriptions!
I try to 'colour co-ordinate' when going to the 'shops'.
I've separate & different bags to go to the Theatre & Functions.
Along with Wallets, Pens & Watches, handbags are my 1000% weakness!
There's 'no hope' for me re: the above items! A girl's gotta have some 'weakness' & I don't drink, smoke, gamble, preferring my 'spare'(?) funds to go into beautiful bags that make ME feel fabulous!

I have about 40 handbags, but I’m 2 lazy to count them them all. I also never throw any out, (as to the op-shop,) in case I’ll need them 1 day. When I used to wear plain coloured cloths, I bought a lot of patterned handbags to match, but now I wear only cotton sleeveless dresses, (with marino black long sleeve tops, stockings & a jacket in winter) I now use a small black cotton handbag, with a white pattern around the top of it, with a tiny black.white check lining. People are always saying now nice it is!
I use this bag, because it goes with all of my 17 dresses. While in Melbourne last week, I found a real Gucci black leather handbag, for $10, so I may start taking out that one now. I don’t like brown handbags, as I never have anything to wear them with!

I have several handbags but tend to use the same one all the time - a very pretty orange leather shoulder bag imprinted with colourful flowers. I also have quite a large collection of evening bags (inherited and bought) which I use as accessories in my newly re-vamped bedroom, done in the art deco style. They are a very effective addition to the decor.
