How many cups of tea or coffee are you currently drinking?

I try to stick to just two cups of proper coffee per day. Sometimes I have an iced instead of one hot one and I also have one cup of black tea as I sit here each morning on my computer.

I don't drink tea but I usually have 3-4 cups of black coffee a day.

I usually just have one in the morning. Sometimes I will have a green tea in the afternoon, if I am home to do so !!!

Hello Rice. This just come in to me this morning, probably because I answered a question or to on it a couple of days ago, as it was still in my AA folder. How's Finy? I'm still thinking of her every day & I've worrying about her.

I answered this question, years ago, but it didn't include, "How that summer is over"! I still have my usual: 1 coffee every morning after my cereal, & my naturopath says I can only drink camomile tea due to my Asthma, so I have that for my afternoon tea, but I usually have a latte if I'm out with friends. (This is the 1st time I've received something from Answer Angels in months, even though I asked for it to be sent to me weekly.)

Three cups of coffee a day - although I want more! But I've always had a 'no coffee after 3pm' rule. (Rules are meant to be broken, right?)

My brother has the same rule . . . coffee keeps him awake and has no effect on me. It's quite weird as we are both prolific tea drinkers and as I understand it, it has nearly as much caffeine as coffee. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Usually only one cup of tea in the morning with breakfast. Rarely a coffee in the afternoon. Got so used to it that I cannot have any more caffeine in my day.
