I don't have that many so I tend to stick to the traditional approach of confining them to a small drawer. I do like the challenge of a good rummage through a drawer while trying to find the scarf/belt/whatever that is vital to complete your outfit for the day
Buy her a pretty jewellery stand or a few antique boxes ;) If she has lots, she would probably want to store certain types of accessories together - maybe all the rings in a box, all the necklaces hanging from a stand. Or if she's like me, she might even have a container just for a theme or type of look (e.g. tribal wooden or bright and neon).
All my 'costume jewellery' is sorted into clean pizza cardboard boxes, 1" deep, with cotton wool, to keep all from jiggling around.
Used to store pendants on back of a door, on hooks, covered by thick plastic curtain for dust-proofing! House got refurbished & I wasn't 'allowed' to do that anymore.(very long story, please don't ask, as very upsetting to me)
So bought three-tier open baskets stand, with nonslip material, & keep stuff on their bases. Easily seen, to grab, as needed. Some in drawers', too!
But all are sorted into necklaces, bracelets, pendants, & brooches, so I can go immediately to what's wanted.
