I would try to go to a private place and ease myself. If that's not possible then I would try to squeeze it out slowly.

If I'm outside, I move away from people. If I'm in a closed space, I hold it.

If it were passing slowly I might handle it, but if it passes really swiftly, I don't handle it at all

I try not to unless no-one around then as quietly as possible. Once it happened to me when I was talking to a Dr, big surprise!! I just pretended nothing happened but was mortified! Haven't seen him since. Must have been relaxed tho, lol

I wait until I find a rest room if possible. There is nothing worse than walking near, or past, a person who has a foul bowel and I let anyone around me know that it's not me.
