Some people have a knack for finding bargains. They know exactly where and when the best sales are.

How do you find out about the extra special sales, liquidations, closing down sales, which always have excellent bargains?

I sign up for email newsletters. They fill my inbox but I also end up finding the best deals thanks to them. Well worth it in my opinion.
I hate the hysteria and flurry that surround sales and as I prefer to avoid them I donlt seek them out.
Signs in the shop window or adverts on the telly.
You can't help but see them in your letterbox where I live, and also advertised on the TV.

However those very specialised ones are ones I do not know about

I normally raid their official website / Facebook page / Twitter feed. Sometimes, while walking to a certain spot, I keep an eye out for any "special" "promotions" that shops are advertising.
