My parents were German so I still cook some of their recipes, though many of them were red meat, and I no longer eat red meat.

I LOVE German cooking and this is one of my favourites:

There are many German foods that are delicious.

I also like SOME Greek food but it a food I am less likely to seek out or make as they cook a lot with meat. However I quite like their flavours.

Also love German cakes.

Both, and loved both too :D
I haven't. I'm very picky when it comes to food and I'm not very adventurous.

Yes have eaten both, not that keen on German as a lot of it is very fattening, greek is more healthy, love their salads..

I have had both, and loved the Greek the best for my tastes.

Yes to both - and I like both. I would prefer Greek though

I love Greek food (well, the dishes that are vegetarian anyway, hard to avoid all the lamb), especially dolmades, moussaka and spanakopita. I have some Greek rellies who are amazing cooks. I like some German food too. I had a teacher who made really great saurkraut, and Germans do some really yummy pastries and cakes, and that really dark, dense bread. Also prezels, those proper huge ones. My husband was addicted to Apfel Beliners (sort of doughnut things with apple in) when we were staying over there but can't get them here. I should learn to make them and surprise him.
I've grown up with most German foods from my dad - though admit I don't like the cabbage dish. And liverwurst taste tends to stay on my tongue for hours after eating it.
I have tried both and like some dishes from both. I love sauerkraut.
Have eaten both and loved.
My parents were German, so obviously I grew up eating german food. My mum was a fantastic cook and showed her love for people by feeding them endlessly! I can't stand saurkraut though, but I love red cabbage! I can make schnitzel as well as my mum, but that's about it. she made the best rolladen and roasts and potato salad to die for!! I miss her and her cooking very much!! I love Greek food too tho!!
Both. Prefer Greek to German. Latter is way too heavy & stodgy!
Austrian food is much lighter. Wiener Schnitzel, anyone?
Best I've eaten was in Ireland & the good ol' U S of A!
