Have you ever seen a meteor shower?

Only seen shooting stars.
I need to get out more....seriously!

Yes. I didn't know there was going to be one, I just happened to be lying on the ground outside looking up at the sky and saw a shooting star, then another, and another... It was magical. :)

The only time few friends and I headed out to country side to witness a rare Southern Hemisphere meteor shower, the night was predicted to be a moonless one. But last minute weather changes brought heavy clouds and rain cover.
So I still have this along with Aurora Borealis, Aurora Australis on the list of natural wonders to witness with my wife, my best friend, before I kick the bucket!
