Have you ever said anything you wish you could take back?

There have been a few occasions where this has occurred, as none of us are perfect. A specific situation does not come to mind right now.

I have been told that I have said "I'm not your daughter" when out in public as a child, which I'm sure my parents would have been so embarrassed about!

Matters not what I said or to whom.

I suffer from this 'syndrome' ...........Sad isn't it!!
Is there a cure, is my question.

Something I certainly wish I could take back because it led to a lot of hurt for the person to whom I said it and for myself.
