Yes I have but really only yesterday!
the photo is the vegan version of Pad Thai, and wow, what a menu this function had.
Check out the article above in the question as it has a menu of the Veg Fair that we went to yesterday.
There was not one single food I did not like and we had $100 worth of food - still eating it.
I had not had vegan food before and didnt realise it could taste so good!
Well, I eat vegetarian food quite a bit. Not sure what the difference is ? Not up on all the food fads. I have probably had it and not realised it.
read this one - no onions, no garlic, no eggs, no dairy etc etc -no nothing!

It all sounds very nice, Finy.
No, I've never thought of eating vegan, but I may have had a vegan meal without knowing it was. The meal in the photo looks yummy, but because of my asthma, I'ver been taken off: Dairy, flour, most sugars, sweetcorn, potatoes, sweet potato, peanuts, pistachios, tonic & turnips, & even though I didn't need to loss any weight, I've lost 7k's! I do miss my little square of chocolate each night, my normal ice-cream, my tiramisu & G&T!! Sorry, I'm WAY of the question here!
LOL Miro - i know that feeling...gosh there is a lot though that you cannot eat...love Tiramisu also
I have probably often eaten vegan food. Vegan food has no animal product- honey, dairy, eggs and of course no meat. I really enjoy it.
I eat a mainly vegetarian diet, but have not given up dairy or eggs. I keep my own chooks.
Some Hindu people, apart from eating a vegetarian diet , aren't allowed to eat garlic and onion. I am surprised that their food is still so delicious. They do allow dairy though. Hari Krisnas eat that way also.
