Yes I have been to Jenolan Caves in my youth.
I lived in Sydney and we went to Katoomba every Christmas and sometimes drove on to the Caves.
They were delightful and I loved going there.
Since moving to Perth many years ago, I have discovered several other caves down south and while I have been there quite often, would probably not go again even though I enjoyed them.
Yes. They were very beautiful.
No,I have not seen these amazing caves first hand.I know that I would thoroughly enjoy visiting them though, after seeing many documentaries and photos of them.
No I have not been. Also I avoid going into caves if I can. I feel so claustrophobic in them. I have never enjoyed going into caves.
Never and I certainly would like to as I have heard about them since childhood. I have seen many photos and they look lovely.
I went with my family when I was a toddler. I don't remember a thing, so I would like to take my son one day.
Yes, on end-of-year School Trips, one was to Melbourne, & the other, to the Snowies'.
I adore caves! Went through the Lucas Cave. Went to Yarrangobilly Caves, too.
Have been to Yallingup, & Chillagoe Caves, as well.
On my bucket list, is to go back to Katooma, stay at Lillianfels, & go BACK down to Jenolan Caves, staying at Caves House, one night!
I haven't been, but maybe one day.
It would seem I have a few things that need to be done, before I leave this planet.
Answer Angels trip to the Jenolan Caves!!! Hahahahahahaahha.
LOVE it! great idea...wouldn't it be lovely if we could do something like that....but we are all spread all over. :(
Oooooooh! Rice, count me in!
Went to a wedding there was great
I think I have been as a little child, when we had a family holiday in that part of NSW. If I am in that area again, it would be nice to go there. I certainly wouldn't make a special trip just to see the Caves though.
I went many times when I was younger and they are a sight to be seen but as I became older I too became claustrophobic and avoid places like them, mores the pity.
YES, I have, several times.
I grew up in Sydney NSW and even went there on a school excursion.
I've been there with my parents on a day trip, and in my teens, my boy friend and I went there as part of a road trip.
Great place. Another cave is Hastings Cave, similar, tourist destination, in Tasmania.
I’m in my late 60’s now, but I used to go there while at a southern highlands boarding school. I thought they were rather beautiful. I’d like to go back to see what they look like now.
