I have because doing what I do, it is essential.
We all have 'debriefings' on a regular basis.
Sometimes, we take time off...because of what we have
heard and mainly seen.
I must admit, it has taken it's toll on my life...and I guard
my home-life very carefully.There will come a day, when
I will have to call it a day, but not just yet.
Yes, I would attend a stress management workshop
No. All the stress management talks and workshops I have seen advertised have been run by someone whose opinion I do not trust. I have had CBT with a properly qualified therapist, which helped me learn techniques to manage stress and I have found that other therapies such as acupuncture and osteopathy have had the side effects of reducing my stress.
I haven't. I don't think the kind of stress I get can be resolved by a workshop.
No I haven't but there have been times when I'm sure it would have helped!
I have attended an emotional coaching class, which has translated into significant reduction of stressful situations between my children and myself.
I facilitate them so I attend regularly!
