Do you wipe the shower screen after each use?

I am almost OCD about this.
When I moved into this city house, the shower screen had all this white "gunk" on the edges and bottom.

I believe it was a calcium build up, and I ended up tearing out the bathroom and re-doing it -well not ME exactly -I paid to have it all done.

From then on I realised that the water here has so much calcium that I would have to wipe the shower each time!
Never done this before and never had a problem with calcium before.

However I do wipe it over with an Enjo cloth after each shower.

Yes,I DO wipe my shower screen after using the shower,but I do not always SCRUB it vigorously!
That is something I do every third time or so.

I'm maniacal about everything being clean - possibly traits of OCD! I wipe down the shower recess (wall tiles, glass panels and floor tiles after each shower) with a window squeegee. I towel dry the tap-wear so it doesn't collect grime. I also towel dry the towel bowl as our shower recess is open plan so we get water splatter to the periphery of our shower.

It's a beautiful and modern bathroom but something not the most practical !!

The husband irks me when he forgets to do the same - in fact, I would have to admit that I do nag him every day about it. Terrible I know !!

I do not have time to wash the shower glass down after every shower

I always do the screen ad floor before stepping out. I use a rubber tipped device specially designed for this purpose. You'd be amazed at the amount of water that goes down the drain. Because of this I really don't need to remove mould as most of my friends who don't remove the water need to.

My sister, daughter and I all keep squeegees in the shower. A quick flash over with that saves on heaps of extra cleaning as it deters mould from forming and removes the soap scum. The pic shows incorrect usage . .
