I probably do not unless I am out or working and then I sometimes check my emails.
I find it is a nuisance with Hub Garden as seem to get a lot of emails all of which have to be deleted each day, so actually, yes I would use my phone more than once a day!

However I dont make or receive many calls on it.

I have it more for emergencies or if I am meeting someone, or to play games while waiting at doctor etc etc.

I am not a great user of a mobile phone -would rather use my land line.

More like once every 5 minutes! My mobile is integral to how I live. Granted, I have occasionally forgotten it can still make and receive phone calls...

Well it depends....I have a part time business and use it for that I(involves young people mainly and they are all using their mobiles)...but myself not that often...have a landline also

No way.

That cost's money?
mine is only $10 per month and includes $160 of calls which I never get to anyway as dont often use it.....

jonaj, I pay $19 with Virgin and that gives me more than enough for the month.

Actually make calls on it? No. But I do use it to send texts and to use fitness aps (Zombies Run and The Walk).
I use my phone regularly throughout the day - I would be lost without it!

Sometimes weeks go by between my calls, but I like to keep it close by when I'm travelling or for emergencies when I'm out.
I certainly use my mobile phone more than once a day. I need to check up on my wife to ensure she's OK. Its good to always keep our lines of communication open.
Also, I use my cell phone for many more things apart from making and receiving calls. It's my personal assistant.
I am definitely not joined at the hip to a mobile phone!!! In fact I only use it if I am away from home, which is not often these days at all!!!
I text message throughout the day and sometimes make a couple of phone calls, so yes.

I'd be lucky if I made 1 call a week on my phone. Our phones are the very old, 'NO plan' I don't know how to text, or play games on it either, but it is handy to have if I'm meeting a friend in the city for lunch. Haven't said that, I have lunch with 2 slightly older friends 6 times a year, who have never owned a mobile! I ring them from our landline on the week-end before we meet the following day to make sure they haven't forgotten about our lunch date. It was me who once was waiting outside the wrong railway station for them!! Ops! (I later paid them for their train fares, for wasting their day!)

Sometimes, for convenience, but always for calls to other Mobiles, & STD calls.
Have $200 free on my plan, so try, at least, to use some of it!
I rarely use mine unless I ring my daughters when I'm out shopping to see if they want what I've seen on sale
