Do you use the free phone calls on Facebook-Messenger?

Someone just told me about this and I did not know that these calls with the phone icon were free.
I made a call yesterday and it was just as good as on my mobile to mobile. You can phone anywhere at no charge.

Great if you do not have a big plan.

I didn't know about this but as I loathe and detest using Messenger that's no surprise.... I avoid using it altogether and only check my FB messages when on my laptop. To be honest, I very rarely use a mobile to make phone calls anyway, that's what my home phone is for and then they are free as part of the package!

Yes I us messenger, viber and Skype to keep in contact with people for free - it's great!

No. My phone calls and texts and that's about it. I live in the stone age equivalent of cell phone technology.

facebook is not a charity and they provide nothing for "free" you are paying for it somehow.

Yes, we use it when travelling mainly. It's great to be able to make frequent calls from overseas at no cost.
