I don't use it a lot in cooking and don't think it has as much taste as cheddar, however I love the "stretchy" texture of mozzarella!

It is the one that S T R E T C H E S as you eat it and can look a bit embarrassing when you are out eating!

I love all cheese apart from goat cheese and use Mozzarella on Parmigiana and always have some in the freezer in case I want to use it.

No I don't use it. I don't like the fact that it stretches and breaks on my face when I try to eat it. It makes a disgusting mess everywhere. I use shredded tasty cheese or parmesan in place of mozzarella cheese.
Not really....only a few times have I used it.
Only on pizzas, if I recall correctly. It needs other flavours to help it along, in my opinion. I haven't made a pizza for a good long while.

YES! If the cheese doesn't stretch my husband and kids are not impressed.
I tend to use a combination of cheeses and always make sure there's a little mozzarella mixed through

No, not really, I do sue it for lasagne's tho.
I've hardly ever found a recipe for it, but I do keep a grated packet of it, in the freezer, just in case I need it. A pasta recipe I had happen to find did use it. I may try it out in scrambled eggs, sometime!
