No I don't use it. I don't like the fact that it stretches and breaks on my face when I try to eat it. It makes a disgusting mess everywhere. I use shredded tasty cheese or parmesan in place of mozzarella cheese.
I've hardly ever found a recipe for it, but I do keep a grated packet of it, in the freezer, just in case I need it. A pasta recipe I had happen to find did use it. I may try it out in scrambled eggs, sometime!
