I don't use it a lot in cooking and don't think it has as much taste as cheddar, however I love the "stretchy" texture of mozzarella!
It is the one that S T R E T C H E S as you eat it and can look a bit embarrassing when you are out eating!
I love all cheese apart from goat cheese and use Mozzarella on Parmigiana and always have some in the freezer in case I want to use it.
