No, I stop using i pad, computer etc about 2 hours before I am going to bed.
Nowadays I have intermittent problems sleeping and can be awake for 2 to 3 hours anyway during the night, and have read that using these devices can hamper sleep so stopped using them a long time ago.
I play games on i pad up until a few hours before I go to bed but some of my friends who are also awake a lot at night, play when they wake, and right up until they go to bed.
I do. I often watch TV until bedtime or, like tonight, I use the few minutes of quiet time to catch up on emails and other little tasks. I know that I shouldn't and it is something that I'm working on.
I don't have an iPad and I don't use my phone for internet, so no issue there. Sometimes I play a game on the computer until I feel weary and other times not. I put my little tv in the bedroom the other night to watch the Olympics and it got fritzed by lightning and has lost it's mind . . . . divine intervention . . . .?? LOL
I usually listen to an audiobook to wind down before sleeping, which I keep on my phone, so technically I use my phone right until I'm going to sleep, but that doesn't mean I'm staring at the screen the whole time.
I do use my phone in bed though, usually scrolling through Instagram, and then put it down 10-15 minutes before we turn the lights out.
